Ake is a PhD/Civil Engineering student and works out approx. five times a week and takes about 2-3 days off.  "I try to work on different muscle groups by combining at least 3-4 exercises per one main muscle group.  Basically, my routines consist of chest+tricep, shoulder+back (or bicep), Trap+delt+back in my routine.  Either abs or legs is usually combined to one of these routines. I do 20 minute cardio two times a week, otherwise 5-10 minutes warm-up before workout.  BTW I normally go to the Serf.  Target goal: 1 more inch to my front delt and much larger lats (wider wings!!).
