Ian Ryan

When Ian was a freshman in high school he weighed an unhealthy 252lbs. "I started lifting for football and wrestling, and quickly dropped weight and became healthier. My senior year of high school I got the lightest I had been in a long time at 185lbs. After high school I wanted to keep myself busy, and since I couldn't play sports in college I decided to start bodybuilding! I'm now sitting at 230lbs and am happy and healthy."
