JASON GEREN

Jason has been lifting since High School and got serious his freshman year of college.  "I took weight training one and two when I transferred here.  I feel
that nobody knows everything about lifting and I am always open to new ideas.  I lift 4-6 days a week depending on my program and my homework.  I
don't use any supplements.  I think it's important to make people who are serious feel welcome in the weight room.  I don't mind helping out or giving tips.  All I ask is that people take their training seriously.  My favorite gym quote:
