JEREMY FAULKS

Jeremy is a senior in his 2nd year of Pharmacy school.  "I lift about 4 days a week, usually afternoons at the Shell or NAT. I've bulked from 165 my freshman year to about 205 right now. My current goal is to get up to about 215 by the end of January and then cut down to about 200 for spring break. I enjoy doing compound and supersets to get the most out of my lifts, and usually do each muscle group once a week."
