JOSH LOTS

Josh is a freshman and hopefully will be going into the pharmacy program.  "I have been lifting seriously since junior year in highschool and I had started that mainly for track.  My main reason for lifting and working out is simply to get stronger and in better physical shape.  Currently I am 5'6", 148 pounds, but would like to put on more muscle weight.  I am usually at either the Nat or the Serf 5 days a week and also go running each week.  I am always interested in learning new techniques or routines so if you see me feel free to talk to me."
