Kevin has lifted since high school but mainly did bench, clean and squat for football.  "I workout about 5 days a week. Supplements I use are a simple multi vitamins and whey protein shakes Opinion: coffee is great before a lift. My favorite muscle to work is deltoids have been serious about lifting since high school but haven't been serious about my diet.
