Nate has been interested in weightlifting since about 15. "Over the years, I've stayed pretty regular with my lifting but I've never been able to maintain the diet I need to achieve my goals. I eat well, just not enough to put on weight. I have tons of dedication and motivation to lift. With the proper diet and a little guidance, I am confident I could be a challenging competitor in the bodybuilding world. I hope to gain some new friends and lifting partners through this group.""
