Riley
is a senior here at the UW. "I lift 5 days a week, usually at
the Nat. I have been lifting on and off for about six years,
and have been taking it much more seriously this year. I want
to gain about 15 pounds while reducing my body fat. Reducing my
alcohol consumption is going to be the most difficult obstacle
for me to overcome, genetics and determination will take
care of the rest.
