ROB KOLTZ

Rob is a senior mechanical engineer.  "During the summer I lift five or six days a week focusing on one muscle group a day plus cardio at least three times a week. During the  semester I don’t have as much free-time so I try to focus on pulls,  pushes, and legs over three spaced out days. My exercise of choice is  chest..a good heavy work-out is a great way to relieve all those  semester stresses. If you see me around, feel free to say hi or ask me a question."
